REUSABLE PARCHMENT!

As we go back into lockdown in Ontario...again, these beauties couldn't be more welcome in my kitchen!  I am in absolute love with this product and so excited to share it with you all!  Non-stick, reusable, high temp, durable, machine washable, and even cuttable so you can customize it to each pan or tray you have!  Also, fun fact, place one on the rack below something messy while baking and clean up is a snap!  It will catch all the oozing, bubbling over goo and protect your oven! I've been using these for a few weeks now and have no idea how I lived without them!

During our first lockdown in March/April, my kitchen became a full on bakery.  Cookies, pastries, bread, rolls...you name it, I made it! I went through a ton of parchment.  I'd say about 5 rolls.  I am thrilled we finally have this product and are now launching it for the New Year!  

You see, like most of the country, I am working from home.  So it doesn't take much to whip up a batch of cookies between answering emails.  Which of course, is what I do here at the company.  During our first lockdown I decided to lift my neighbour's spirits. I would bake and deliver goodies to their doorsteps.  Kind of a nicky-nicky-nine-doors kind of thing.  What a hit that became.  It's amazing at how small a gesture can brighten someone's day.
